Delegate Anderson moved to amend the Energy and Public Works Committee Amendment for Senate Concurrent Resolution 18 on page 3, line 56, after “and (5)” by deleting “necessary regulatory provisions on coal-fired utilities to prevent the use of privatization for closing coal-fired generations” and replacing it with “unnecessary regulatory provisions on coal-fired utilities to prevent the closing of coal-fired generation facilities”
